Collaborating and Influencing in a Changing World

Online Programmes starting March and May 2021.

This Collaboration + Influencing programme is designed to help you effectively influence and persuade people who you have no authority over. The success of our day-to-day roles frequently relies on being able to influence a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.   Effective influencing requires us to set aside our own assumptions and fully explore our stakeholder’s needs and influences. We can then present our recommendations in a way that meets their needs and is mindful of the context in which they make decisions. This programme has been revised to reflect the challenges and opportunities of remote working.

The core themes covered in this program include:

  1. Developing your influencing strategy
  2. Management of Stakeholder Relationships
  3. Planning and executing stakeholder interactions
  4. Maintaining momentum
